I am fascinated by *how* we learn and *when* we are open to learning. The personal element—what do I want—always plays a significant role, whether consciously or unconsciously. Connecting the personal with the organizational serves to benefit both the individual and the company. Working in a group has a strong dynamic effect. Everything is present: feedback, confrontation, shared experiences, hierarchy, and more. I see it as a challenge to inspire people to explore and, if necessary, push their boundaries.
